End User License Agreement of Zinga Cricket  

 

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Pyramid of Aces Clinto Private Limited ("Licensor") for the use of Zinga Cricket ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

To use our application, you can register or create an account by providing complete and truthful information. You can also use our application without an account, but this might limit some features. 

 

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength as allowed by our application.

The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to you does not exempt you from paying any applicable fees or prices.

• Join tournaments and participate in real-life competitions. 

• Book grounds for their games using our application. 

⚠️ Note: All tournaments and ground bookings require users to be physically present at the venue. Participation cannot be conducted online. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, along with our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, suppliers, and employees, shall not be liable for: 

• Any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.  

• Any injury, accident, or harm suffered during participation in any tournament, match, or event organized through our platform. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. 

• Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access to your account or personal information. 

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content provided on the platform. 

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the application, including on-ground events. 

• Unauthorized access to our secure servers or any personal information stored therein. 

• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service transmission. 

• Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious elements that may be transmitted through the application. 

• Errors or omissions in any content posted, transmitted, or made available through the service. 

• Defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any user or third party. 

 

Sports Participation Disclaimer 

By registering for and participating in any tournament or match through our platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with playing cricket, including but not limited to: 

• Injuries (minor or serious) sustained during gameplay. 

• Weather conditions affecting gameplay. 

• Equipment malfunctions or improper use. 

• Actions of other players, officials, or spectators. 

We do not assume any responsibility for injuries, health issues, or damages sustained while participating in a tournament or match. You play at your own risk and discretion. 

 

Liability Cap 

Our maximum liability for any claims related to your use of our platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. 

 

Indemnification 

By using our platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: 

• Your use of the platform, including any data or content you transmit or receive. 

• Your voluntary participation in any tournament, match, or ground booking. 

• Your violation of these terms, including any breach of representations and warranties. 

• Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights. 

• Your violation of laws, rules, or regulations while using our platform. 

• Any content submitted from your account, including third-party access due to your sharing of login credentials. 

• Your intentional misconduct or improper use of the application. 

Player Responsibility 

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your fitness and capability to participate in cricket tournaments. 

• You must adhere to safety guidelines and local regulations while playing. 

• We do not provide insurance coverage for injuries, medical expenses, or damages incurred during gameplay.

No waiver
